	RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Chapter 3-7 of the General Laws entitled "Retail Licenses" is hereby
2	amended by adding thereto the following section:
3	3-7-16.8. Class WB license. -- (a) A retailer's Class WB license authorizes the holder of
4	the license to purchase from a licensed wholesaler a minimum of five hundred (500) gallons of
5	wine, up to a maximum of two thousand (2,000) gallons of wine per year, for use in the wholesale
6	manufacture of wine biscuits.
7	(b) This license is subject to all the provisions of this title and the wine purchased
8	pursuant to this license may only be used for the wholesale manufacture of wine biscuits.
9	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
