It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Title 23 of the General Laws entitled "HEALTH AND SAFETY" is hereby |
2 | amended by adding thereto the following chapter: |
3 | CHAPTER 31.1 |
4 | PET GROOMING AND RETAIL PET SALES ESTABLISHMENTS |
5 | 23-31.1-1. Sprinklers required. – Automatic sprinklers installed and maintained in |
6 | accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standard 13, 2002 edition, shall be |
7 | required in all pet grooming establishments and retail pet sales stores. |
8 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
