1	RESOLVED, That a special legislative commission created by resolution No. 232 passed
2	by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2016, and approved May 11, 2016,
3	entitled" House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study and Make
4	Recommendations for Protecting and Providing Effective Care for Vulnerable Populations in
5	State-Funded Home Care Programs" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report
6	to the House of Representatives on or before April 20, 2017, and said commission shall expire on
7	May 23, 2017; and be it further
8	RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 232 passed by the
9	House of Representatives at its January session, A.D., 2016, and approved May 11, 2016, be and
10	the same is hereby rescinded.

1	This resolution would extend the reporting and expiration dates of the Special Legislative
2	Commission to study and make recommendations for providing care in state-funded home care
3	programs, from February 7, 2017, to April 20, 2017, and said commission would expire on May
4	23, 2017.
