	RELATING TO EDUCATION-PSAT AND SAT TESTS

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. For the purposes of the provisions of 2016 - H 7454, Substitute A, As
2	Amended, entitled "An Act Making Appropriations For The Support Of The State For The Fiscal
3	Year Ending June 30, 2017", any appropriations used to provide the PSAT and SAT free to all
4	Rhode Island public school students, shall include students that are home schooled.
5	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
