It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, John |
2 | Wardle may join Kacey Colleen Sullivan and Michael Anthony Pamula, Jr., in marriage within |
3 | the City of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about May 5, 2017. John Wardle is hereby authorized |
4 | and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with |
5 | Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 1. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
