RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Dr. Paul J. |
2 | Cesaro may join Brittney Crawford and Bryan Cardin in marriage within the Town of Smithfield, |
3 | Rhode Island, on or about June 30, 2017. Dr. Paul J. Cesaro is hereby authorized and empowered |
4 | to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 |
5 | of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
