1	RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 304
2	passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2016, and approved June 14,
3	2016, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study and Make
4	Recommendations for a Plan and the Design of a Beirut Memorial to be located at the Rhode
5	Island State House" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the House of
6	Representatives on or before April 30, 2017, and said commission shall expire on May 30, 2017;
7	and be it further
8	RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 304 passed by the
9	House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2016, and approved June 14, 2016, be and
10	the same is hereby rescinded.

1	This resolution would extend the reporting and expiration dates of the special legislative
2	commission to study and make recommendations for a plan and the design of a Beirut Memorial
3	to be located at the Rhode Island State House from January 31, 2017, to April 30, 2017, and said
4	commission would expire on May 30, 2017.
