	DIVISION OF FINES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Chapter 8-8.2 of the General Laws entitled "Traffic tribunal" is hereby
2	amended by adding thereto the following section:
3	8-8.2-22. Division of fines.
4	Seventy-five percent (75%) of all revenue collected as fines based upon use of a camera
5	or other recording equipment shall be paid over to the municipality in which the violation
6	occurred.
7	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.

1	This act would direct that seventy-five percent (75%) of all revenue collected as fines
