	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the
2	Honorable William J. McGovern, III, Supreme Court Judge, Sussex County, New Jersey, may
3	join Lauren Elaine Provini and Nathaniel David Robinson in marriage within the City of
4	Newport, Rhode Island, on or about April 29, 2017. The Honorable William J. McGovern, III is
5	hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in
6	accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of
7	Marriages."
8	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
