1	RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 016
2	passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved January
3	19, 2017, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study and
4	Make Recommendations for a Plan and the Design of a Beirut Memorial to be located at the
5	Rhode Island State House" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the
6	House of Representatives on or before April 30, 2018, and said commission shall expire on May
7	30, 2018; and be it further
8	RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 016 passed by the
9	House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved June 14, 2017, be and
10	the same is hereby rescinded.

1	This resolution would extend the reporting and expiration dates of the special legislative
2	commission to study and make recommendations for a plan and design of a Beirut Memorial to
3	be located at the Rhode Island State House from January 31, 2018 to April 30, 2018, and said
4	commission would expire on May 30, 2018.
