4 | Recommendations for Protecting and Providing Effective Care for Vulnerable Populations in |
5 | State-Funded Home Care Programs" and as extended by resolution No. 021 passed by the House |
6 | of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved January 31, 2017, entitled |
7 | "House Resolution Extending the Reporting and Expiration Dates of the Special Legislative |
8 | Commission to Study and Make Recommendations for Protecting and Providing Effective Care |
9 | for Vulnerable Populations in State-Funded Home Care Programs" is hereby authorized to |
10 | continue its study and make a report to the House of Representatives on or before June 15, 2017, |
11 | and said commission shall expire on August 15, 2017; and be it further |
12 | RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 232 passed by the |
13 | House of Representatives at its January session, A.D., 2016, and approved May 11, 2016, and as |
14 | extended by resolution No. 021 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, |
15 | A.D., 2017, and approved January 31, 2017, be and the same is hereby rescinded. |
