	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Dr. John
2	K. Conboy may join Katherine Fitzsimmons and Thomas E. Skuba in marriage within the Town
3	of Narragansett, Rhode Island, on or about October 6, 2017. Dr. John K. Conboy is hereby
4	authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in
5	accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of
6	Marriages."
7	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
