	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Sofia
2	Thorng may join Pia Saab and Thorng Chann in marriage within the City of Providence, Rhode
3	Island, on or about June 17, 2017. Sofia Thorng is hereby authorized and empowered to join the
4	foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the
5	General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."
6	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
