RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Robert |
2 | E.P. Elmer III, Justice of the Peace in the State of Connecticut, may join Angela Giuffrida and |
3 | Cuan Coulter in marriage within the Town of Westerly, Rhode Island, on or about August 12, |
4 | 2017. Robert E.P. Elmer, III, is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons |
5 | in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, |
6 | entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
