6	of Cranston, Rhode Island 02920 for damages to his vehicle when he struck a roadway defect
7	while traveling on Route 95 on or about December 8, 2016 in the City of Providence.

9	The sum of $655.00 to pay the claim of Sheri A. Della Grotta of 19 Wilshire Lane
