H O U S E   R E S O L U T I O N

EXPRESSING HEARTFELT CONDOLENCES ON THE PASSING OF KYLA A.VINACCO-

POLAND

     WHEREAS, It is with deep sadness that this House has learned of the tragic and untimely

passing of Kyla Vinacco-Poland, the beloved fiancée of Kyle R. Poland, and the beautiful and

cherished daughter of Danika and Richard Vinacco, Jr.; and

     WHEREAS, In addition to her parents and fiancé, Kyla was the loving and thoughtful

sister of Ryann N. Vinacco, and the granddaughter of Charles J. Donovan, Sr., the former Mayor

of the City of Warwick, and the late Darlene Donovan, and Richard Vinacco and the late Anita

Vinacco. She was also the adored niece of our friend and colleague CJ Donovan, Jr.; and

     WHEREAS, Kyla had attained her Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from

the University of Rhode Island. She was employed as a Customer Service Manager for Alcor

Scientific, in the Town of Smithfield; and

     WHEREAS, Funny and fabulous, Kyla lived her life to the fullest and would light up a

room when she entered. She loved Sophie, her dog, traveling and shopping, and "was able to find

four-leaf clovers wherever she went"; and

     WHEREAS, One never thinks that the last time is the last time. You believe there will be

more time, but we must take comfort in the knowledge that Kyla was blessed with the love of her

family and fiancé everyday and she will always be a part of their hearts forever; now, therefore be

it

     RESOLVED, That this House of Representatives of the State of Rhode Island and

Providence Plantations hereby expresses its heartfelt condolences to the entire Vinacco and

Poland Families on the passing of Kyla Vinacco-Poland; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and hereby is authorized and directed to

transmit duly certified copies of this resolution to Danika and Richard Vinacco, Jr., and Family,

and Mr. Kyle R. Poland.
