1	RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 220
2	passed by the House at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved April 29, 2014, entitled,
3	"HOUSE RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO
4	ASSESS AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF
5	CHILDREN WITH DYSLEXIA AND/OR READING DISABILITIES," and as amended by
6	resolution No. 277 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2015, and
7	approved May 12, 2015, entitled "HOUSE RESOLUTION REINSTATING AND EXTENDING
8	THE COMMISSION LIFE AND AMENDING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE SPECIAL
9	LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO ASSESS AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE
10	EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF CHILDREN WITH DYSLEXIA AND/OR READING
11	DISABILITIES" and as extended by resolution No. 199 passed by the House at its January
12	session, A.D. 2016, and approved May 3, 2016, entitled "HOUSE RESOLUTION EXTENDING
13	THE EXPIRATION AND REPORTING DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE
14	COMMISSION TO ASSESS AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE EDUCATIONAL
15	NEEDS OF CHILDREN WITH DYSLEXIA AND/OR READING DISABILITIES," is hereby
16	reinstated and the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study
17	and make a report to the House of Representatives on or before June 14, 2018, and said
18	commission shall expire on October 18, 2018, ; and be it further

1	RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 220 passed by the
2	House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved April 29, 2014, and as
3	amended by resolution No. 277 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session,
4	A.D. 2015, and approved May 12, 2015, and as extended by resolution No. 199 passed by the
5	House at its January session, A.D. 2016, and approved May 3, 2016, be and same is hereby
6	rescinded.

	ON THE EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF CHILDREN WITH DYSLEXIA AND/OR READING
	DISABILITIES

1	This resolution reinstates the life and extends the reporting and expiration dates of the
2	special legislative commission to assess and make recommendations on the educational needs of
3	children with Dyslexia and/or reading disabilities, from February 28, 2017, to June 14, 2018, and
4	said commission would expire on October 18, 2018.
