RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable Frank S. Lombardi may join Jeffrey Ryan Beliveau and Alyssa Fioravanti in marriage |
3 | within the City of Providence, Rhode Island, on or about February 4, 2017. The Honorable Frank |
4 | S. Lombardi is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage |
5 | pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled |
6 | "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
