RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Terrance |
2 | N. Turner, Esq., Justice of the Peace, may join Amanda E. Carrier and Justin N. Turner in |
3 | marriage within the Town of East Greenwich, Rhode Island, on or about October 7, 2017. |
4 | Terrance N. Turner, Esq., is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in |
5 | marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled |
6 | "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
