RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable Irwin M. Rosen, Municipal Court Judge, Jersey City, New Jersey, may join Christina |
3 | Rose Dooling and Eric Paul Hediger in marriage within the Town of New Shoreham, Rhode |
4 | Island, on or about August 26, 2017. The Honorable Irwin M. Rosen is hereby authorized and |
5 | empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter |
6 | 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
