It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Chapter 31-13 of the General Laws entitled "Traffic Control Devices" is |
2 | hereby amended by adding thereto the following section: |
3 | 31-13-14. Time period to complete projects. |
4 | All projects approved by the state traffic commission pursuant to this chapter shall be |
5 | completed before the end of the following construction season. |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
