RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, William J. |
2 | Gately, Jr., Esq., may join Caroline Stuart Barr and James W. Gately in marriage within the Town |
3 | of Bristol, Rhode Island, on or about August 26, 2017. William J. Gately, Jr., Esq., is hereby |
4 | authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in |
5 | accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of |
6 | Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
