	RELATING TO FOOD AND DRUGS -- DRIVE-THROUGH WINDOWS -- ASSISTANCE TO
	DEAF AND HARD-OF-HEARING

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Title 21 of the General Laws entitled "FOOD AND DRUGS" is hereby
2	amended by adding thereto the following chapter:
3	CHAPTER 27.2
4	DRIVE-THROUGH WINDOWS -- ASSISTANCE TO DEAF AND HARD-OF-HEARING
5	21-27.2-1. Drive-through windows. -- Every establishment selling drinks or food by the
6	use of drive-through windows shall install at the ordering station serving each such window,
7	equipment to be used to assist the deaf and hard-of-hearing in ordering, and shall train its
8	personnel in the use of such equipment.
9	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
