S E N A T E   R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING SINCERE CONDOLENCES ON THE PASSING OF HENRY J. COCHRANE

     WHEREAS, It is with great sadness that this Senate has learned of the untimely passing

of Henry J. Cochrane, III, the beloved husband of Dina Spaziano Cochrane and a lifelong resident

of the City of Providence; and

     WHEREAS, Mr. Cochrane was the devoted son of Henry J. Cochrane, Jr., and the late

Linda Cochrane. He was the cherished brother of Jacqueline Vinacco and her husband, Michael,

and Michelle Cochrane; and

     WHEREAS, Mr. Cochrane's extended family included his mother-in-law Patricia

Spaziano, his father-in-law the late Frank D. Spaziano, and his brothers and sisters-in-law, Frank

D. Spaziano Jr. and his wife, Kelly, and Gregory Spaziano and his wife, Kate. In addition, he is

survived by his loving nephews and nieces, Michael Vinacco Jr., and Peter, Marissa, Gianni and

Luca Spaziano; and

     WHEREAS, An active and contributing member of his community, Mr. Cochrane was a

member of the St. John's 1P Lodge and was a 3rd degree Master Mason; and

     WHEREAS, Henry Cochrane was blessed with the love of his family and in return, he

enriched the lives of all around him. He will be dearly missed and always remembered; now,

therefore be it

     RESOLVED, That this Senate of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations

hereby extends sincerest condolences to the Cochrane and Spaziano Families on the passing of

Henry J. Cochrane, III; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and hereby is authorized and directed to

transmit a duly certified copy of this resolution to Mrs. Dina Spaziano Cochrane.
