	RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES -- MOBILE AND MANUFACTURED
	HOMES--AFFORDABLE HOUSING

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Chapter 31-44 of the General Laws entitled "Mobile and Manufactured
2	Homes" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section:
3	31-44-23. Mobile and manufactured homes as affordable housing.
4	A group of twenty (20) or more mobile or manufactured homes which have been affixed
5	to the real property within a mobile home park as defined in §31-44-1 and which have been
6	affixed to the real property of the park for one year or more shall qualify in all respects as
7	affordable housing as contained in §45-53-3.
8	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
