RELATING TO THE TOWN OF FOSTER - ZONING | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any statute, regulation or ordinance to the |
2 | contrary, the town council of the town of Foster shall have the power to enact an ordinance |
3 | excluding gravel mining or extraction operations from any areas it may designate where in its |
4 | judgment such operations would be incompatible with agricultural including, but not limited to, |
5 | forest management and residential areas. |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
