S E N A T E   R E S O L U T I O N

EXPRESSING PROFOUND SYMPATHY ON THE PASSING OF LINDA A. VENDETTI

     WHEREAS, It is with great sadness that this Senate has learned of the passing of Linda

A. Vendetti, the loving wife of Albert J. Vendetti, devoted mother of Michael J. Vendetti and his

wife, Donna, Albert J. Vendetti, Jr., and his wife, Rosemary, and the late David R. Vendetti; and

     WHEREAS, Born in the City of Providence, Mrs. Vendetti was a cherished daughter of

the late Arnold and Mary Madelyn Zanecchia, and the adored sister of Lorraine Skye-Rose; and

     WHEREAS, Linda A. Vendetti's loving personality created and nurtured a marriage that

flourished and a home that was warm and welcoming. She doted on her family, particularly her

grandchildren, Andriana, Michael, James and Anthony; and

     WHEREAS, In addition to making a home for her family, Mrs. Vendetti had been self-

employed as a Cosmetologist; and

     WHEREAS, There is no doubt that Linda Vendetti, a loving and beautiful woman, left an

indelible mark on the lives of those she knew and loved, and she will be dearly missed; now,

therefore be it

     RESOLVED, That this Senate of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations

hereby expresses our deepest sympathies to the Vendetti Family on the passing of Linda A.

Vendetti. She will forever be remembered as a devoted wife, mother and grandmother; and be it

further

     RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and hereby is authorized and directed to

transmit a duly certified copy of this resolution to Mr. Albert J. Vendetti and Family.
