EXPRESSING CONDOLENCES ON THE PASSING OF CAROL A. CIANCI

     WHEREAS, Carol A. Cianci of Johnston, Rhode Island, passed away on June 8, 2017.

2

She was the loving wife of the late Raymond M. Cianci. Mrs. Cianci was born in Providence,

3

Rhode Island, the daughter of the late Jerome and Alice McCormick, and was raised by the late

4

Jack and Yola Brady; and

5

     WHEREAS, Mrs. Cianci was a hard-working woman who co-founded, with her husband,

6

Done-Right Plastering Company, a successful business in which she served as office manager.

7

She was a devoted and loving mother and a faithful and loyal friend to many. She will be sorely

8

missed by all who knew her, but will live on forever in the hearts and memories of her loved

9

ones; and

10

     WHEREAS, Mrs. Cianci is survived by her children Carolyn A. Sinapi, Raymond M.

11

Cianci, Jr., and Patricia A, Cianci, her grandchildren Amanda Bell, Tiffany Mallard, Talia Sinapi,

12

Joseph Sinapi, Jr., Raymond Cianci, III, Justin Cianci, Gianna Cianci, Richard Fortune, Jr., and

13

Krystianna Fortune, and was the "Nana" of Maddalyn, Vivian and Adelyna. Mrs. Cianci was the

14

sister of Arthur McCormick and Joseph McCormick, and the late Karen and Billy McCormick;

15

now, therefore be it

16

     RESOLVED, That this Senate of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations

17

hereby expresses its condolences on the passing of Carol A. Cianci; and be it further

 

1

     RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and here is authorized and directed to

2

transmit a duly certified copy of this resolution to the Cianci Family.
