1	RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated out of any money in the treasury not
2	otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 2017-2018 the sums stipulated to pay the claims of the
3	following:
4	Senator Hanna M. Gallo
5	The sum of $959.88 to pay the claim of Richard L. Cervone of 40 Red Cedar Drive,
6	Cranston, Rhode Island 02920 for damages to his vehicle when it struck a roadway defect while
7	traveling west on Route 6A on or about March 16, 2017 in the Town of Johnston.
8	Senator Thomas J. Paolino
9	The sum of $865.16 to pay the claim of Derek Silva of 5 Wilbur Road, Lincoln, Rhode
10	Island 02865 for damages to his vehicle when it struck a roadway defect while traveling north on
11	Route 146 at or near Wilbur Road on or about April 24, 2015 in the Town of Lincoln.

13	The sum of $350.64 to pay the claim of Judith Tallo of 23 Jenna Way, Cumberland,
14	Rhode Island 02864 for damages to her vehicle when it struck a roadway defect while traveling
15	south on Route 116 on or about July 14, 2016 in the Town of Lincoln.

17	The sum of $405.12 to pay the claim of Larry D. Dailey of 30 Ruggles Street,
18	Providence, Rhode Island 02908 for damage to his property located at 30 Ruggles Street,
19	Providence caused inadvertently by the Rhode Island State Police on or about February 18, 2016.

1	The sum of $1,899.23 to pay the claim of Meredith Colins of 491 Gardiner Road,
2	Richmond, Rhode Island 02892 for damages to her vehicle when it struck a roadway defect while
3	traveling south on route 1A at or near 22 Elm Street on or about September 14, 2013 in the Town
4	of Westerly.

6	The sum of $1,594.12 to pay the claim of Christina Daily of 82 Cumberland Street,
7	Providence, Rhode Island 02908 for damages to her vehicle as the result of an improperly
8	installed stop sign by employees of the Rhode Island Department of Administration at or near the
9	entrance of the Department of Administration garage on or about March 22, 2017 in the City of
10	Providence.

12	The sum of $675.00 to pay the claim of Jorgina S. Benevides of 67 Canario Drive,
13	Warren, Rhode Island 02885 for damages to her property at 459 Child Street in Warren as the
14	result of Department of Transportation employees performing snow removal on or about April 4,
15	2016 in the Town of Warren.

17	The sum of $513.69 to pay the claim of Betsy Bloch of 4 Carriage Way, North
18	Providence, Rhode Island 02904 for damages to her personal property when she struck a roadway
19	defect while traveling in Lincoln Woods State Park on or about May 7, 2016 in the Town of
20	Lincoln.

22	The sum of $1,700.00 to pay the claim of Rhonda L. Dorgan of 36 Wentworth Street,
23	North Providence, Rhode Island 02904 for damages to her vehicle as the result of an improperly
24	removed handicap sign by employees of the Pastore Complex at or near the Mathias parking lot
25	on or about March 9, 2017 in the City of Cranston; and the state controller is hereby authorized
26	and directed to draw their orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of said funds.
