	RELATING TO EDUCATION - PSAT AND SAT TESTS

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. For the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2018, any appropriations used to
2	provide the PSAT and SAT free to all Rhode Island public school students, shall be deemed to
3	include students who are home schooled.
4	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.

	BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL

	RELATING TO EDUCATION - PSAT AND SAT TESTS

1	This act would include home schooled students in the program to provide the PSAT and
2	SAT free of charge to all Rhode Island public school students for the fiscal year starting July 1,
3	2018.
4	This act would take effect upon passage.
