     Thoman Whitford, Narragansett High School; the outstanding achievement of reaching

the basketball milestone of "1,000 Career Points" during the 78-45 victory over West Warwick

High School on January 29, 2018;

     Karen Lynch, state of Rhode Island; your retirement on February 15, 2018, after more

than 33 years of dedicated service as the principal scientist for the RI Department of Health

Forensic Sciences;
