1 | RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 316 |
2 | passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved June 14, 2017, entitled |
3 | "Senate Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Study the Rhode Island Water |
4 | Resources Board and Water Supply" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report |
5 | to the Senate on or before March 30, 2018, and said commission shall expire on June 1, 2018; and |
6 | be it further |
7 | RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 316 passed by the |
8 | Senate at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved June 14, 2017, be and the same is hereby |
9 | rescinded. |
