RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES - MISCELLANEOUS RULES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Chapter 31-22 of the General Laws entitled "Miscellaneous Rules" is |
2 | hereby amended by adding thereto the following section: |
3 | 31-22-14.2. Towing - Closest location available. |
4 | Any vehicle towed from any public roadway because it is in violation of a state law or |
5 | city ordinance shall be towed to a vehicle storage facility located closest to where the offense |
6 | and/or accident occurred. |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
