RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, John |
2 | Driscoll may join Kaitlin E. Twomey and Johnathan M. Clabbers in marriage within the City of |
3 | East Providence, Rhode Island, on or about October 6, 2018. John Driscoll is hereby authorized |
4 | and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with |
5 | Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
