1	RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 282
2	passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved May 30, 2017, entitled
3	"Senate Resolution Creating A Special Legislative Commission To Review And Make
4	Recommendations Regarding The Updating, Streamlining and Ensuring Relevance Of Rhode
5	Island General Laws Title 16" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the
6	Senate on or before November 1, 2018, and said commission shall expire on March 31, 2020; and
7	be it further
8	RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 282 passed by the
9	Senate at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved May 30, 2017, be and the same is hereby
10	rescinded.

1	This Resolution would extend the reporting and expiration dates of the special legislative
2	commission to review and make recommendations regarding the updating, streamlining and
3	ensuring relevance of Rhode Island General Laws Title 16 from March 1, 2018, to November 1,
4	2018, and said commission would expire on March 31, 2020.
