RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Joseph P. |
2 | Baxter may join Bethany E. Marchetti and Thomas P. Gentile in marriage within the town of |
3 | Narragansett, Rhode Island, on or about October 7, 2018. Joseph P. Baxter is hereby authorized |
4 | and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with |
5 | chapter 3 of title 15 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 1. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
