	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Catherine
2	Ham, Assistant District Attorney, Boston, Massachusetts, may join Laura A. Montgomery and
3	Thomas M. Malone in marriage within the Town of Little Compton, Rhode Island, on or about
4	June 2, 2018. Catherine Ham is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons
5	in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws,
6	entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."
7	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
