It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Pursuant to § 16-7.1-10(a), for fiscal year 2019, there is hereby |
2 | appropriated out of any funds not otherwise appropriated from the general fund, the sum of ten |
3 | million dollars ($10,000,000) to the professional development investment fund. The department |
4 | of elementary and secondary education shall coordinate the distribution of these funds to the |
5 | school districts pursuant to § 16-7.1-10. |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
