     RESOLVED, That the special Senate commission created by resolution No. 364 passed

by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved June 30, 2017, entitled "Senate

Resolution Respectfully Requesting The Senate A Special Commission To Assess And Make

4

Recommendations On Health Insurance Issues Relating To Consumer Protection And Choice,

5

Coverage Affordability And Quality, And Market Stability" is hereby authorized to continue its

6

study and make a report to the Senate on or before June 1, 2018; and be it further

7

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 364 passed by the

8

Senate at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved June 30, 2017, be and the same is hereby

9

rescinded.

     This resolution would extend the reporting date of the special Senate commission to

assess and make recommendations on health insurance issues relating to consumer protection and

3

choice, coverage affordability and quality, and market stability, from March 1, 2018, to June 1,

4

2018.
