	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Patrick
2	James Quinlan may join Teri Lynn Stifano and Jonathyn Albert Arioste Pirolli in marriage within
3	the City of East Providence, Rhode Island, on or about July 7, 2018. Patrick James Quinlan is
4	hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in
5	accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of
6	Marriages."
7	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
