It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Section 11-41-10 of the General Laws in Chapter 11-41 entitled "Theft, |
2 | Embezzlement, False Pretenses, and Misappropriation" is hereby repealed. |
3 | 11-41-10. Robbing of fish nets and weirs. |
4 | Every person who shall rob or draw any fishpot, weir, or net belonging to any other |
5 | person shall be fined not exceeding twenty dollars ($20.00). |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
