RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Joseph I. |
2 | Macy may join Tanya Whitney Zilewicz and Gilbert Curt Oliveira, III, in marriage within the city |
3 | of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about June 2, 2018. Joseph I. Macy is hereby authorized and |
4 | empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter |
5 | 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
