RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Stephen |
2 | E. Cicilline may join Julie A. DeCesare and Stephen E. Cicilline, Jr., in marriage within the City |
3 | of Cranston, Rhode Island, on or about June 15, 2018. Stephen E. Cicilline is hereby authorized |
4 | and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with |
5 | Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
