1	RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 316
2	passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved June 14, 2017, entitled
3	"Senate Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Study the Rhode Island Water
4	Resources Board and Water Supply" and as amended by resolution No. 033 passed by the Senate
5	at it January session, A.D. 2018, and approved January 30, 2018, entitled "Senate Resolution
6	Extending the Reporting and Expiration Dates of the Special Legislative Commission To Study
7	the Rhode Island Water Resources Board and Water Supply" is hereby authorized to continue its
8	study and make a report to the Senate on or before March 30, 2019, and said commission shall
9	expire on June 30, 2019; and be it further
10	RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 316 passed by the
11	Senate at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved June 14, 2017, and as amended by
12	resolution No. 033 passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2018, and approved January
13	30, 2018, be and the same is hereby rescinded.

1	This resolution extends the reporting and expiration dates of the special legislative
2	commission to study the Rhode Island Water Resources Board and Water Supply from March 30,
3	2018, to March 30, 2019, and said commission would expire on June 30, 2019.
