	A N A C T
	MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PAY CERTAIN VIETNAM BONUSES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 1, 6 and 8 of Chapter 57 of the
2	Public Laws, 1978, as such sections shall apply to application time periods, there is hereby
3	appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year
4	ending June 30, 2019, the sums stipulated to pay the Vietnam bonuses of the following:
5	The sum of two hundred dollars ($200) to pay the Vietnam bonus of James A. Falcon of
6	50 Jay Street, East Providence, Rhode Island, who served in the United States Navy during the
7	Vietnam Conflict under serial No. 697-61-48.
8	SECTION 2. All veterans seeking such bonuses, pursuant to Section 1 hereof, shall be
9	subject to all other requirements contained in chapter 57 of the Public Laws, 1978.
10	SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon passage.
