It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Alan |
2 | Leslie Rosenfield, Esq., may join Marla Gail Waters and Gregory Louis Mercuri in marriage |
3 | within the City of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about May 11, 2019. Alan Leslie Rosenfield, |
4 | Esq., is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to |
5 | and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of |
6 | Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
