1	RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 374
2	passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved
3	September 19, 2017, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to
4	Study the Establishment of Procedures to Regulate and License the Intentional Manipulation of
5	the Global Environment Through Geoengineering" and as amended by resolution No. 153 passed
6	by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2018, and approved April 3, 2018,
7	entitled "House Resolution Amending the Membership and Extending the Reporting and
8	Expiration Dates of the Special Legislative Commission to Study the Establishment of Procedures
9	to Regulate and License the Intentional Manipulation of the Global Environment Through
10	Geoengineering" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the House of
11	Representatives on or before April 30, 2019, and said commission shall expire on May 30, 2019;
12	and be it further
13	RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 374 passed by the
14	House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved September 19, 2017,
15	and as amended by resolution No. 153 passed by the House of Representatives at its January
16	session, A.D. 2018, and approved April 3, 2018, be and the same is hereby rescinded.

	REGULATE AND LICENSE THE INTENTIONAL MANIPULATION OF THE GLOBAL
	ENVIRONMENT THROUGH GEOENGINEERING

1	This resolution would extend the reporting and expiration dates of the special legislative
2	commission to study and provide recommendations on the regulation and licensure of
3	geoengineering from February 7, 2019, to April 30, 2019, and said commission would expire on
4	May 30, 2019.
