	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Michael J.
2	Mulcahy, II, may join Kellyann M. Mulcahy and Stephen A. Fitch in marriage within the City of
3	Newport, Rhode Island, on or about August 24, 2019. Michael J. Mulcahy, II, is hereby
4	authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in
5	accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of
6	Marriages."
7	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
