It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Chapter 22-7.4 of the General Laws entitled "Permanent Joint Committee |
2 | on Naming All New Buildings, Bridges, Edifices and Other State Constructions" is hereby |
3 | amended by adding thereto the following section: |
4 | 22-7.4-140. E. Richard Durfee Road. |
5 | The portion of Sand Hill Cove Road in Narragansett bounded to the south by |
6 | Narragansett assessor's lots I-G-71-2, I-G-72, I-G-73, and I-G-74 shall be known as "E. Richard |
7 | Durfee Road". |
8 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
