RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES -- HIGHWAYS | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Section 11-22-11 of the General Laws in Chapter 11-22 entitled |
2 | "Highways" is hereby repealed. |
3 | 11-22-11. Testing speed of horse. |
4 | Every person who shall drive any horse over any of the public highways, for the purpose |
5 | of racing or trying the speed of the horse, shall be fined not more than twenty dollars ($20.00) or |
6 | imprisoned not exceeding ten (10) days. |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
